'Tis the season for holiday cheer and the Kilroy Square Holiday Market! Join us November 26 - December 5th for a festive holiday shopping experience in downtown Quincy at Kilroy Square, under a big event tent. You will find many amazing artisans, specialty shops and crafters to shop from.
Vendor Selection & Deadlines:
Application Deadline is September 10th and vendors are reviewed for acceptance by a panel of judges. We do have limited space, so any applications submitted* after September 10th will be added to the wait-list. *Submitting the application does not guarantee a spot at the market.
Products:
To make this a successful market, we are looking to create a diverse marketplace, including the best artisans, small business specialty shops, handmade goods and crafters, and independent designers. Vendors who rely solely on online custom ordered items will not be considered. We will allow 80% product / 20% custom orders.
Space:
The Chamber will provide the 10'x10' space under the large event tent, but vendors are responsible for bringing everything else — your table(s) to fill a 10x10’ space, tablecloth(s), product, staff, payment devices, signage and any other equipment needed. Power for spaces under the tent is limited and vendors should consider decorative LED lighting for their area. There will be hanging lights throughout the tent. Heating equipment and any highly flammable substances are strictly prohibited.
Set up/Breakdown Time:
Vendors are expected to arrive an hour before the start time to set up and have their table/space ready for customers when the doors open. All vendors will have an assigned designated area and the onsite project manager(s) will guide you there. Everything must be packed up and brought with you when you leave — there is no on-site storage available.
Fee & Cancellation Policy:
The vendor fee is $50 for each committed date and must be paid, in full, within one week of approval confirmation (you will receive a payment form and how to proceed if approved). All vendor fees are nonrefundable for cancellations of no shows.
Unloading & Parking:
There are two unloading areas- one off Cottage Ave (in front of the Hancock Parking Garage) and the other at the entrance at 56 Revere Road (the Nova Quincy Parking side of the Hancock Parking Garage). Vendors have the option to park for free in the empty lot off Revere Road until it fills up. There are also multiple free 1-2 hour street parking spaces available within walking distance of the site along with free parking in nearby lots on the weekends. Public parking in the garage is $1 per hour and the Chamber will not be validating parking in the garage.
